A possible translation of its kilometric title is "A Sage Is Summoned to Another World: The Undesired Items Are Now the Strongest"; it is also a brief summary of the story. It has the feel of a generic isekai; a skilled gamer, playing a virtual reality massively multiplayer online role-playing game gets summoned to another world. The twist is that the gamer is trapped in an alternate account, and not the one they originally used to get to the top of the game rankings.

This volume hinted with the subtlety of sledgehammer, the upcoming encounter of the main character, and the summoned hero. They haven't met each other since the two were summoned and Toya was unceremoniously deported to a monster-filled wilderness to fend for himself. It might not happen in the next volume, but when it does, it's going to be a doozy.
