Departure Procedures:
Departure Procedures: It is not necessary to call us to reconfirm your pickup time. Our driver will be dispatched to pick you up at the time designated on this confirmation. If you are being pickup from a hotel, please wait in the lobby.

Step 2: Head to the Welcome Center
After you’ve grabbed your luggage, make your way to the airport’s Welcome Center. Once you’re there with your bags and ready to go, hit the “Ready Now” button to let us know you’re all set for pickup.
Step 3: Get Ready for Your Ride
The moment you check in, we’ll show you all the important details—your driver’s info, vehicle description with plate number, and how far away he or she is. In just a few minutes, your driver will arrive, and you’ll be on your way to your destination!
