Arrival Procedures:
You will receive a text message upon arrival. Click the link in the text message to receive instructions on meeting your driver. After collecting your bags, proceed to the Welcome Center, and press the Ready Now button to be connected with your vehicle.
If you have issues, please proceed to the Welcome Center in your arriving terminal and call extension#18 using one of the courtesy phones to connect directly with Go Airlink NYC.
Departure Procedures: If you purchased your reservation at this website, it is not necessary to call us to reconfirm your pickup time. Our driver will be dispatched to pick you up at the time designated on this confirmation.
If you need to make changes to an existing reservation or you require additional assistance, please call 1-212-812-9000.

Departure Procedures: Your transfer is confirmed. It is not necessary to re-confirm unless you need assistance. For assistance or to change pickup time, call 1-212-434-0400 and provide your reservation number to the agent. To facilitate service, advise the Hotel Concierge/Doorman that you are waiting for a pick-up.
