The operative term in the sentence is more. When you have 100% more of something, you add 100% to 100%. This gives you 200%. Following this, if 100% of her legs equals two, 300% more would be three more sets of two, leaving her with a total of eight.

Or arguably, 450% more. Because while it's 300% more legs, the front pair looks original-length and the others look 1 1/2 times as long.
