Hello guys! Here's a free little base for you, as anticipated in my latest journal it's the first of the weekly freebies of the month! I feel like this is the best time to give back to the community, so hopefully this base can give you some entertainment, and maybe even get you some much needed money c:

What you get: the base seen above, in .sai, .psd and .png files, + my brush settings; the base has NO extras, but it's precolored with the effects seen above!

--- When using please ALWAYS credit me (typing my username as a clickable link would be much appreciated, ie. "base by @DesireeU" instead of "base by DesireeU"!) I'm always DesireeU on dA, FA, tumblr and TH! (ask for twitter and IG) ; please don't remove my signature from the original base, it's really tiny anyways! ;w; Linking back to the base is appreciated, but not required!
--- You can use it for everything you want, including profit (YCH/commissions), but not commercial usage (like printing on shirts, as book illustrations, visual novel CGs, etc.)
--- Feel free to edit as you wish, as long as I'm still credited, not matter how heavily you edit!
