Donald Trump's damning 6-word verdict on Joe Biden as he quits 2024 race
The former president claims he thinks he has a better chance of winning if Kamala Harris were to replace Biden.
Donald Trump has slammed Joe Biden, saying he was “not fit to serve” and "the single worst president by far in the history of our country”, after the president abandoned his bid for re-election.
In a post on Truth Social, Trump said Biden "wasn't capable of being president.”
“Crooked Joe Biden was not fit to run for President, and is certainly not fit to serve - And never was!” he said.

“All those around him, including his Doctor and the Media, knew that he wasn’t capable of being President, and he wasn’t.

Earlier, in a phone call with CNN minutes after Biden announced his exit from the 2024 race, Trump said that he would go down as “the single worst president by far in the history of our country.”
Trump also said Vice President Kamala Harris would be easier to beat than Biden, CNN reported.
On Sunday, Biden announced his decision to drop out of the race in a letter released on social media.
The announcement came following weeks of mounting pressure from his Democratic allies to step down after his shaky performance in last month’s presidential debate.

The president said he will address the nation later this week “in more detail about my decision.”
He also endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris as Democratic Party nominee.
“My very first decision as the party nominee in 2020 was to pick Kamala Harris as my Vice President. And it’s been the best decision I’ve made,” he said.
