Real reason Lady Louise doesn't use HRH title despite being allowed to
Lady Louise Windsor and her younger brother James, Earl of Wessex, are the niece and nephew of King Charles but are not working royals.

Lady Louise Windsor is entitled to use the Her Royal Highness title but chooses not to use it as she knows her future career will likely not involve the Royal Family, according to her mother.
The daughter of Prince Edward and Sophie, Duchess of Edinburgh, is currently still studying for an English Literature degree at the University of St Andrews.
She and her younger brother James, who became the Earl of Wessex after his father inheriting the Dukedom, do not carry out official royal duties but are still invited to certain royal events as members of the family.
Their mother Sophie previously explained the situation to the Sunday Times magazine: "We try to bring them up with the understanding that they are very likely to have to work for a living.
"Hence we made the decision not to use HRH titles. They have them and can decide to use them from 18, but I think it's highly unlikely."

The Royal Family are currently facing a crisis over their lack of available working royals, with King Charles's plan to slim down the monarchy coming under fire.
Louise and her cousins have been tipped to step up to the plate and carry out further royal duties in the future, as many working royals are now elderly or have been unwell.
PR expert and founder of Dauntless PR Luana Ribeira spoke to GB News about the situation: "Most of the disadvantages of becoming working royals would be for Beatrice, Eugenie, Zara and Louise themselves.

"Being a working royal would mean a major lifestyle change for each of them and they each have their own lives and responsibilities.
"Lady Louise Windsor is just 20 and the other three are busy raising young children."
With King Charles and Princess Kate having both taken significant time off recently due to their cancer treatment, Queen Camilla, Prince William, the Edinburghs and Princess Anne have taken on the brunt of royal duties.
Anne now is also off sick as she recovers from a concussion sustained from a possible horse-riding incident.
Royal writer Lady Colin Campbell told the Daily Beast: "I have been saying for the last 30 years, ever since Charles came up with the notion of treating Britain as if it’s Denmark, that it was a crazy idea. And now we have three royals out of action—and Anne is the busiest of them all.
"Of course, an accident like this is unforeseeable but hopefully it will make Charles realize they really need to rope in Beatrice and Eugenie, and get Edward and Sophie’s children, Louise and James, to come forward."
She added: "Unfortunately, William seems to be taking the same view as Charles, that they should keep the numbers of working royals small."
