Real reason Zara and Mike Tindall were missing from Trooping the Colour
Zara and Mike Tindall were missing from this year's Trooping the Colour - but they've got a fun excuse for their noticeable absence.
Zara and Mike Tindall had a very valid reason for missing the King's Trooping the Colour on Saturday, it has been revealed.
As the Princess of Wales caused a fan frenzy with her first public appearance of the year, Zara and Mike opted to miss out on the annual event.
The couple, who have three children under the age of 11, had a rare date night at Pink's concert at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London.
Zara and Mike opted to dance the night away at Pink's gig and didn't appear to be there with their children.
Taking to Instagram, Mike excitedly shared that they were having a great time in the Green Room at the gig.

In the absence of the Tindall's, the King and Queen were joined by Princess Kate, Prince William and their three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.
The Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh, Lady Louise Windsor and Princess Anne were also present at this year's Trooping the Colour.
Proud parents Zara and Mike are gearing to celebrate their youngest daughter's birthday today.
Lena, who is known for her cheeky personality much like Prince Louis, is celebrating her sixth birthday.
Mike and Zara are also parents to Mia, 10, and Lucas, three.
The couple don't usually attend Trooping the Colour as they are not senior working royals, but they did attend the event in 2022 - which coincided with the late Queen's Platinum Jubilee.
