The house which features during a pivotal moment of the film is now on the rental market - but will cost fans a pretty penny.
Love Actually cast reunite in teaser
It sits just off the famous Portobello Road Market and is a five-minute walk from Ladbroke Grove tube station.
To all intents and purposes, it's a gem of a house and one that anyone with a wealth of income and a love for the capital may want to snap up.
But there's more to it than that, for eagle-eyed fans will know that the property recently listed to rent on St Luke’s Mews, Notting Hill, featured in the rom-com, Love Actually.
Director Richard Curtis used the cobblestone street for one of the film's best-loved scenes.
In it, Mark — played by Andrew Lincoln — uses a CD full of Christmas carols and placards to declare his love for his best friend’s new wife, Juliet, played by Kiera Knightley.
When the song ends, Knightley runs down the cobbled street to give Lincoln a kiss — but leaves things at that.
The house for rent is a few doors down from the house in which her character lived.
That property, in particular, was listed for a whopping £2million in 2019.

The new property for rent is a two-bedroom home with a wood-burning stove and a roof terrace, all for the hefty price tag of £2,750 a week.
Set over three floors, it boasts 1,394 square feet of recently refurbished space and is a stone's throw away from the likes of Portobello Road Market, several tube stations, as well as the major railway hub of Paddington.
Crittal doors make their way into an entrance hall that leads to the kitchen, which includes a stove and a smaller, cosier room.
A balcony upstairs runs the entire length of the property's first floor, and upstairs, a master bedroom includes an ensuite with a free-standing bathtub and direct access to the roof terrace.
The £2,750-a-week price tag comes in at a seriously heightened price when compared to the average monthly cost of rent in the borough of Kensington and Chelsea of £2,817.
The sum total of a month's rent at the property is a whopping £11,000 — and that's without bills.
