Another Botched baby is on the way.
Dr. Paul Nassif and wife Brittany Nassif announced they are expecting their second child together.
"SURPRISE! We’re having a… BOY!!!!" the couple shared in a July 13 Instagram video showing the moment they learned of their child's sex. "We can’t wait to meet you & we love you so much already, Baby Nassif!"
The accompanying clip showed Paul's eldest children Gavin, 20, and 18-year-old twins Christian and Colin—who he shares with ex Adrienne Maloof—shooting poppers filled with blue dust into the air before celebrating the happy news.
Brittany later shared a sonogram of their son and revealed she's nearly four months pregnant. "My little baby boy coming in January," the 33-year-old wrote on Instagram. "We’re so excited to meet you!"
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum and Brittany—who are already parents to 3-year-old daughter Paulina—swiftly received many congratulatory messages in the comment section from multiple Bravo stars.
"Congratulations on your newest addition that’s amazing," RHOBH alum Taylor Armstrong wrote while RHOC's Vicki Gunvalson shared, "Omg how exciting. Congratulations."
Paul, 62, and Brittany also got shout-outs from Bravolebrities Tamra Judge and Heather Dubrow, wife of his Botched costar and BFF Dr. Terry Dubrow.
The duo's announcement might shock some Botched fans as the famed plastic surgeon previously shot down plans to have more kids after they welcomed Paulina in October 2022.
"No, I think I'm good. I've got four kids," Paul told E! News in 2022 before adding of his sons' sweet bond with their daughter, "My kids, all my children, they love her."

Paul and Brittany celebrated baby Paulina's baptism in May 2021. Paul wrote that the ceremony was as "perfect" as Paulina and his son Ryan Nassif is Paulina's godfather.
