TERROR THREAT AT LARGE – According to a new report from NBC News, “the Department of Homeland Security has identified over 400 immigrants who have come to the U.S. from Central Asia and elsewhere as ‘subjects of concern’ because they were brought by an ISIS-affiliated human smuggling network.” Concerningly, at least 50 are currently at large in the United States after the Biden administration released them into the country.

This report has not stopped disgraced and impeached DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas from repeating the same debunked claims he has for years about the border. Today, he insisted that there is “no evidence” of a terror threat – links to an ISIS-affiliated human smuggling network should be evidence enough.

He also touted the vetting procedure at the border. Not only do the existence of these terror suspects debunk the administration’s insistence that they have a proper vetting procedure at the border, a recent report from the DHS Inspector General called out Biden’s woefully inadequate vetting procedures.

The fault does not lie with law enforcement, but with Joe Biden. In fact, border officials have sounded the alarm for years that the ability to vet illegal aliens from countries with conditions that pose a threat to national security – otherwise known as “special interest countries” – simply does not exist. Their warnings have gone unheeded by Biden because they get in the way of his talking point.

Meanwhile, 1.8 million known “gotaways” have crossed the border and escaped into the U.S. since Biden took office. We know nothing about them save that they purposefully evaded law enforcement even as hundreds of thousands are being released virtually unvetted. We also know that cartels and vicious gangs now have a growing foothold in the U.S. because of the border crisis.

The bottom line: Biden’s border invasion is a threat to national security.

“LET’S TALK NUMBERS” – Trump Campaign Senior Advisors Chris LaCivita and Susie Wiles released a must read memo today breaking down the numbers ahead of the debate.

The memo included a discussion on:

• Advertising: “So, let’s start with $100 million. That is how much the Biden Campaign has spent on paid advertising thus far. The impact on his standing in the race is nothing.” 
• Fundraising: “President Trump has erased Biden’s cash advantage. This comes after President Trump outraised Biden for the second consecutive month — bringing in a massive haul of $141 million in May, compared to Biden’s $85 million.” 
• Polling: “The RealClearPolitics polling averages has President Trump leading nationally and in the key battleground states. The most recent state polls show President Trump expanding the electoral map in Minnesota and Virginia. The New York Times’ own polling averages show President Trump ahead in enough states to win 312 electoral votes.”
• Democrat Lawfare: “At the debate, we all know what number Joe Biden will say over and over again. 34. It’s committed to memory from his corrupt Justice Department that desperately wants to jail his opponent because, well, you guessed it…his numbers are so bad! Biden is in a bind. He is told he should focus on ‘democracy,’ but a new Washington Post poll shows that key swing-state voters actually trust President Trump (44%) more than Biden (33%) to protect democracy!”

And much more. As the memo notes, “the Biden Administration has a failed track record, and the American people feel it every day. Voters aren’t buying the Biden Campaign’s snake oil…A set of numbers we are eager to track? The number of questions devoted to the very important issues that voters actually care about.”

BIDEN’S WEAKNESS AND THE TERROR THREAT – The terror threat facing the United States has skyrocketed under Joe Biden. Team Trump outlined key reasons why in today’s edition of the “Crooked Biden Recap.”

• “A recent report from the DHS Inspector General called out Biden’s woefully inadequate vetting procedures [of illegal aliens]. This concern is not new; border experts have been sounding the alarm for years. They have noted that the ability to vet illegal aliens from countries with conditions that pose a threat to national security – otherwise known as ‘special interest countries’ – simply does not exist.”
• “By reversing President Trump’s successful ‘maximum pressure’ policy, Joe Biden has filled Iran’s coffers. On his watch, Iran’s foreign reserves have grown by tens of billions of dollars as his administration either waves or refuses to fully enforce sanctions on the regime. As a result, the largest state-sponsor of terror has empowered their proxies to launch terror attacks on the U.S., our interests, and our allies.”
• “Less than three years later, Al Qaeda is calling terrorists to Afghanistan to train to launch attacks as the country has become a ‘safe haven’ for terrorists. According to experts, Al Qaeda now has training camps in at least 10 provinces.”

BIDEN LIES – All week long, the Trump Rapid Response Team has been calling out Biden’s lies ahead of the debate.

In the latest editions, they called out some of Biden’s major lies on taxes, abortion, and the Biden Crime Family.

Among Biden’s lies about taxes:

• “I made a commitment when I got elected and I kept it — no one earning less than $400,000 a year ... will pay an additional penny in federal tax.” (Biden has already raised the tax burden on Americans earning as little as $20,000 a year).
• President Trump's middle-class tax cuts “overwhelmingly benefited the wealthy.” (President Trump’s successful tax cuts lowered taxes for Americans in every income bracket).
• “Taxes on small businesses won't go up.” (Crooked Joe Biden has already raised taxes on small- and mid-sized family businesses).
• “We've done all this without raising anybody's taxes!” (Biden's billions of dollars in tax hikes have hit virtually every American — and that doesn't include the hidden tax of inflation).

Among Biden’s lies about abortion:

• “Trump will sign a national abortion ban.” (President Trump has been crystal clear: he would not sign a national abortion ban).
• “Trump opposes IVF.” (President Trump has made explicitly clear that he supports “the availability of fertility treatments like IVF in every state in America”).
• “Trump said states should monitor women's pregnancies.” (This lie from Biden was immediately debunked by PolitiFact as false).

Among Biden’s lies about the Biden Crime Family:

• “I did not” interact with Hunter’s foreign business associates. (He did, dozens of times).
• “I have never discussed with my son or my brother or anyone else anything having to do with their businesses.” (Emails, texts, photos, visitor logs, voicemail, and firsthand accounts all show that he did).
• Hunter's laptop was “a [Russian] smear campaign.” (The laptop is authentic, and the effort to censor it was blatant election interference).
• It’s “not true” that Hunter's associates funneled millions to the Biden family. (They funneled tens of millions to the Biden family and their associates).
• “Nothing was unethical” about the Biden Crime Family's corrupt deals. (Crooked Joe was “the brand,” and the business was selling “the brand” to the highest bidder).
