Stranger Things star Caleb McLaughlin features in the creepy first trailer for new Netflix horror The Deliverance.
The upcoming movie, which is due to be released next month, follows a mother who fights for her life, her faith and the soul of her children, after learning that their house is host to a supernatural spirit.
The trailer starts as Andra Day's lead Ebony is told by an apostle: "Whatever it says to you, do not listen to it. It will play on your heart, it will play on your mind…."

We then hear terrifying sounds coming from an unseen person on screen as the apostle begins to conduct the deliverance, with Ebony warned to "get back".
The trailer goes on to tease a series of eerie images, including a character drowning in a bath and possessed children.
The movie, which comes from Empire's Lee Daniels, also stars Guardians of the Galaxy's Glenn Close, King Richard's Demi Singleton, The United States vs. Billie Holiday's Miss Lawrence, Oscar-winner Mo'Nique and Power Book III: Raising Kanan's Omar Epps.

McLaughlin is perhaps best known for playing Lucas Sinclair in Netflix show Stranger Things, which is currently gearing up for its fifth and final season on the streaming service.
Production on the new set of episodes recently hit the halfway mark, with Netflix releasing a behind-the-scenes clip which also unveiled new cast members Nell Fisher, Jake Connelly and Alex Breaux.
Sharing the preview, Netflix wrote on social media: "To celebrate the halfway mark of filming Stranger Things 5 — and 8 years of Stranger Things! — we have a very special look at the making of the final season."
The Deliverance will be released on Netflix on August 30.
