Dentsu Aegis Network Acquires Leading Media Agency Veriplan in Chile
The full-service media agency will become part of Vizeum, launching the brand in the market
Dentsu Aegis Network today announces the acquisition of Veriplan, a leading full-service media agency based in Santiago, Chile. Veriplan will be integrated into Dentsu Aegis Network’s media agency Vizeum, launching the brand in Chile and expanding its operations for existing and future clients. This acquisition will also consolidate the group’s innovative media capabilities in the market, whilst further scaling its position in the Latin American region.

Originally founded in 2005 as part of the creative agency Veritas S.A., Veriplan spun off in 2010 to become a dedicated full-service media agency providing media planning and buying, digital, search and out-of-home services to leading clients including the Concepción lottery and Toyota Chile.
Following the acquisition, Patricio Cerda will continue to lead Veriplan’s successful team as General Manager of Vizeum Chile, driving the business expansion in the market and integration within Dentsu Aegis Network.
