Miles Krajewski knows what he has to do to win at Paralympics in Paris
Yankton athlete competes in Badminton starting Thursday
YANKTON, S.D. (Dakota News Now) -It starts tomorrow for Yankton’s Miles Krajewski at the Paralympics in Paris where he will be playing for a medal in badminton.
He’s played in tournaments in 18 countries already, although this is a bigger stage. So I asked Miles, what does he have to do to have his best game when the bright lights are on.
Miles Krajewski says, “I think I just have to go out there focused and not let the crowd get to me or anything and just play like I’ve been playing for the past year and a half. If I win a medal I’ll be super happy, but if I don’t it’s my first Paralympics and I’m just ready to enjoy the opportunity be there and take it all it for the first time.”
He’s super competitive and wants to win. But Miles also knows the next games are in Los Angeles in 4 years and is excited about that as well. He’ll play singles and mixed doubles starting tomorrow in Paris.
