01:03I want the people to come together and be independent.

01:11But how can we come together if we put one part aside?

01:17The rich can go to a five-star restaurant.

01:20But the poor can't afford to pay the rent.

01:24So we need to understand humanity.

01:30We need to have compassion and care.

01:37We cannot develop a sector of the community and ignore the rest.

01:45We must undertake that responsibility...

01:48...to ensure that the rich, those who can afford, should have whatever they want.

01:54I don't think it is the business of the government to curb...

01:58...the size of the houses, the comfort, whatever they want.

02:02But it is the responsibility of any government...

02:05...to ensure that the marginalized community...

02:10...be it the poor or the minorities of any race or class...

02:15...must be given adequate attention and protection.

02:19That's all that we're asking for.

02:21So I would like to tell the people of Kuala Lumpur...

02:27...including the developers, like Masik, who has a good name...

02:33...to be a developer.

02:35Let there be one or two projects that can be a showcase...

02:40...that this is a company that cares...

02:47...and wants to ensure development that can cater for all Malaysians.

02:55Even if there are problems, even if it's not a big deal, but there are.

03:00It's a bit of a challenge because the housing area over there is quite high.

03:06So suddenly we have this project.

03:08There are people who are ready to take care of it...

03:12...so that it won't be a problem for the area.

03:14That's important. It's our responsibility.

03:17But I want to emphasize that in terms of the government...
