BS in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or similar preferred and 5+ years of experience and knowledge of:
- Providing estimates, bids and take-offs for MEP trades for a general or mechanical contractor
- Working knowledge of preconstruction practices and working with engineers to provide value engineering solutions
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff and other construction related software preferred
