Canada Water Masterplan

Canada Water will be the first new town centre in London in 50 years. The 53-acre masterplan, a 50:50 joint venture between British Land and AustralianSuper, has a highly flexible planning consent, delivering a new high street and town square, between 2,000 and 4,000 new homes and up to 2m sq ft of workspace. The mixed-use project will create 12 acres of new open space, including a 3.5-acre park, a new Town Square, the first new high street in London for 100 years and 16 new streets.

Norton Folgate

The recently completed Norton Folgate, a mix of Georgian and Victorian buildings, set around historic cobbled courtyards and quiet streets, sits at the meeting point of Spitalfields, Shoreditch and the City. The 330,000 sq ft mixed use scheme is made up of six buildings ranging in size from 10,000 to 120,000 sq ft. Occupiers include Reed Smith, ON, Kolamba, Blank Street Coffee and Xi Home.
