‘My son’s school isn’t just down the road’: Co Down mum ‘drained’ by SEN transport chaos
Co Down mum-of-two Barbara Morrow has opened up about the fear, anxiety and worry she experiences each day trying to get her son with special educational needs (SEN) to school while battling with the unreliable school transport system.
She’s mum to Zachary (10) and Scarlett (eight) and lives in Ballyhalbert, a village along the Ards Peninsula coast.
