Online shopping return fees - what you need to know
Do return fees put you off online shopping?
From Tuesday, online shopping website Asos will join a long list of retailers that will begin charging for some returns.
It said the amount of returns it currently processes is unsustainable.
However, the retailer has said only regular returners will have to pay and only then if they do not keep a certain amount of the order.
