Great Britain's most successful trampolinist is hoping that "the best routine possible" can win her gold at this summer's Paris Olympics.

Poole's Bryony Page will compete at the games for the third time in her career.

"To make a third Olympic games is huge and I feel really proud to have achieved that,” Page told BBC South Today.

"It has been my most successful few years in terms of competition results and the most important thing I want to do is to do the best routine that I possibly can."

The past few years have been filled with success for Page, winning the World and European Championships twice as well as bring a World silver medallist.

Her previous two trips to the games have seen her finish with bronze and silver medals and she is now aiming to complete the Olympic set.

The trampolining qualifying and finals are set to take place at the Bercy Arena on 2 August and Page is looking to enjoy the experience as well as push for success.

"I can’t control other people and what they do,” she added.

"As long as I’m happy with my approach to the competition and my training going in to it then I’ll be pleased.

"Hopefully it goes well and I can achieve something to be proud of."
