Biography
MEGAN ROSBURG assists head coach John Harbaugh in all areas, including football operations, scheduling, communications and staff management. Additionally, she has worked with the defensive line and outside linebackers for the past three seasons, officially adding defensive assistant to her title in 2024. While earning her bachelor's degree in business administration from American University in 2014, she served as captain of the volleyball team, helping lead the Eagles to three Patriot League Championships and the program's first-ever Sweet 16 appearance in the NCAA Division I Tournament (2014). A local phenom, Rosburg prepped at River Hill (Clarksville, MD) HS, where she was named 2010-11's Gatorade Maryland Volleyball Player of the Year, recognizing her outstanding athletic excellence, high standards of academic achievement and exemplary character demonstrated on and off the court. Her brother, Jerad, is a professional hockey player in the NHL, while her sister, Margaret, is a nurse and former volleyball player at St. Louis University. Megan's father is former Ravens special teams coordinator/associate head coach Jerry Rosburg.
