It is good enough

it was overall entertaining but it was very repetitive and very similar in formula to other War Stories in the same genre that didn't do anything new or different and everything was totally expected

take something old and make it feel new
Reviewed: 07-23-24
it's a really good story based on the concept that's been done in other series. the writer does a really good job of making it feel new. I never felt bored I was thoroughly entertained. it was creative and funny it still had plenty of twists and turns. the main character got to be powerful without feeling overpowered. the finale of the book I was not what I expected. overall it was a great read I thoroughly enjoyed it. I'm picking up the next book now.

I love how the storyline changes as you find out more about the world they live in. very science fiction fantasy the ancient ancestors came from Earth on a colony ship and the world has regressed to a period similar to the Middle Ages

Story
Following the events in Network Effect, the Barish-Estranza corporation has sent rescue ships to a newly colonized planet in peril, as well as additional SecUnits. But if there's an ethical corporation out there, Murderbot has yet to find it, and if Barish-Estranza can't have the planet, they're sure as hell not leaving without something. If that something just happens to be an entire colony of humans, well, a free workforce is a decent runner-up prize. But there's something wrong with Murderbot; it isn't running within normal operational parameters.
