Speaker Profile

Olena Davlikanova is a political analyst, researcher, associate professor at Sumy State University, and project manager for the National Democratic Institute and Friedrich Ebert Stiftung, helping democratic development and reform processes in Ukraine by implementing national-level projects for the legislative, executive, and judicial branches of power. She’s also the co-founder of an NGO Industrial Gender Committee on Advertising and co-author of the Standard of Gender Non-Discriminatory Advertising.
