They just don’t care. The coverage of this phone is deplorable. The company is not truthful about their coverage and what they have available as far as 5g or LTE They make it sound as if they allow you to use all networks. They do not. You are stuck with one and that’s whatever one they think works for you. They do not honor your purchase as being through them when it’s made on the Amazon platform. They do not take any ownership of the issues with the brand new iPhone 15. This is the worst iPhone I’ve ever owned. Boost tried to blame the issues on Apple. I went to Apple and they blame the issues on Boost. That’s where it belongs. The blame is on Boost Infinite not providing what they say they do. They won’t replace the phone and their service is horrible! 0.25 Mbps upload, 0.16 Mbps download if at all! Loosing 50% of the data in the process. Battery life is no different than an iPhone 10 or 11 with 70% battery health & life. The cost of this phone is not worth it. Stuck it out with your other phones and DONT use this carrier. You will regret it. They don’t have the coverage they state they do. Check FCC complaints and records. The performance is subpar. Look at BBB. Very, very, very slow. The phone runs like it was the first cell created by man.
I have not noticed any scratches. So there must be something there as far as scratch resistance. The only good thing I have to say about the phone will come after I chuck it into a wood chipper.
