Our old “stinky slinkies” gave up the ghost after just two seasons and anointed us with less-than-clean “water”, so we sprang for a “premium” drain hose.

The feature that allows this hose to collapse and stay retracted is nice for storage if when you don’t need the full 15’. The included 90 degree clear angle fitting is a nice feature as you typically have to buy them separately.

The bayonet style connector at the RV end seems to fit better than previous hoses. Secure, but doesn’t take two men and a boy to connect or disconnect it.

Been using it frequently for a few months now and it is working great. I suppose two or maybe three seasons of use is likely all you’ll get out if any hose. Especially since we can be camping for several months at a time and using the hose to dump our tanks at every campground. Two or three times a week.

I really can’t think of any way ykk ok improve upon this product except perhaps baking if durable enough to last ( or ten years under normal use.

Works but 90 degree elbow is bad design

I liked the collapsibility of this sewer hose. Makes it easy to handle and stow...But!

The very first time I tried to us this at a campground, the 90 degree clear elbow could not be used. The campground's sewer pipes were sunken about 2 inches. This would not allow the 90 degree elbow to attached to the variable fitting and the sewer hose. The elbow needs a 2 inch extension. to work properly. I ended up simply not using the clear elbow. Very poor design!

This is exactly what we needed for our camper. We bought this 20’ piece, a 10’ extension piece, and a sewer hose support, all from same company at once. Love the removable clear elbow

We've had this product before and had to replace it. Instead of buying a different brand, we returned to this one bc it still held up well for the amount of use it got and the sun exposure endured. Bonus, this version has a REMOVABLE clear elbow (clear so you can be sure the tank is being cleaned out) with a swivel connection which makes it much easier for maneuvering and twisting the hose to avoid kinks or awkward positions. Each end, as well as the elbow connection point, has the RV twist lock for securing in place, and the hose itself can collapse down and sort of snap into form so it can be "compressed and downsized" if the whole length isn't necessary. It's lightweight, but seems thick and durable based on our previous use, and is a pretty decent price. Overall, it does what it's expected to. Plus, it came with caps for storing without drippage into the rv bumper.

What more can I say except that this RhinoFLEX RV hose allowed me to dump my tanks without any issues! No complaints with this product, although I wonder why they made the elbow out of clear plastic? I guess someone out there likes to watch their sewage and toilet paper as it drains from their tank.

The most important thing for a hose like this to do is to keep the you-know-what inside it, on the way to the sewer or septic tank. It needs to be strong, have strong latches, and have a smooth interior. It needs to be easy to clean, and it needs to be able to connect to your camper. This is a good long solid sturdy hose, with lots of adapters. It was easy to hook up, easy to remove, and easy to clean and put away.

I am so happy with this sewer hose. I needed some extra length to the sewer hose. This worked great. I also bought the 5 foot expansion hose and the whole set gives me so much versatility. I keep them all attached in my storage and choose the length I need as I pull the hose out. The attachments and plugs also are great. I keep both ends of the hose plugged while in storage to prevent smell. One problem is that the diameter of the hose ends is too large to fit in my bumper, so I mounted a 6" diameter PVC pipe to the back of the camper (4" was too small, 5" would have worked, but I couldn't find it). It is a little big, but once I got everything figured out it looks and works great. I like it so much, I am still giving it 5 stars.

One of my RV sewer hoses was showing its age, perhaps 5 years old, and was starting to leak. I full time live in my RV and the old Rhino hose had seen its share of use and harsh southern sunshine. Getting two 10' sections greatly enhance my ability to match any hook-up scenario I might encounter.

I especially like the Rhino Flex hoses as they seem to last a long time, and with their stiff collapsable design, can be fitted to a variety of situations. Have used these hoses for 12 years and will continue.
