I feel like crying:
A few weeks ago while walking I dropped a small box and the first thing I said was "This is the end of the world" at least for me it was... The small box that I dropped was an External hard drive that I have had for a very long time. Inside that Hard Drive I had thousands of thousands of very valuable videos that I've been collecting for years, in a hurry I went to connect it to my laptop, but Windows was saying that it COULDN'T recognize it. I tried to connect it into a few more different laptops and computers but it was NOT working. After I realized that NOTHING was going to work I started searching online for Data Recovery Businesses, after a few days of taking my hard drive to 2 different locations in Manhattan, one told me that they could recover the data but it was going to take about 2 weeks and I have to pay $1500. I had the time but NOT the money. At the second location they said that it was going to be around the same time and that it was going to be a lot of work so it was going to cost me $2250. Now it seemed the world really had come to an end for me. After I told my kids what happened they were really sad because they knew how valuable it was for me. Then my son asked me if I ever paid for a protection plan for the hard drive. Suddenly I realized that I did, I paid for a Seagate Data Recovery Plan, I called them, the Costumer Service Representative were very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. They explained me the process to send them my Hard Drive, and during that whole process they always kept me informed about the status of my Hard Drive Recovery, a few days ago I received in the mail a 4 Terabytes Back Up Drive with ALL my videos on it, the whole process took less than 2 weeks and instead of paying thousands of dollars I got great service and ALL my videos back for ONLY $9.99 like I said I felt like crying but that is only because of Happiness. Thanks to Seagate Data Recovery Plan it's NOT the end of my world. Thank you so much Seagate, God bless all the hard work of the Costumer Service Representatives, Computer Technicians and everyone else in this Great Company.
