Still not convinced it's goodI purchased this desk because it was a standing desk and 55 inches. Little did I know that, when it was delivered, the desk would be halved. This meant that there would have to be support pieces, which is a cause for concern. Yes, there are two metal brackets that you install, but so far I'm worried this thing will suddenly break and I'll have two monitors and a laptop on the floor.I'm also upset because the small starter holes drilled on the bottom of the desk caused two of the small screws supplied to hold the desk to the legs to be stripped. I'm trying to figure out a solution because God knows missing two screws is not ideal, but that's for the legs to raise/lower the desk and not keeping it from splitting in two (my bigger fear). The controls are touchy so you can't "barely" move the desk to get it just right.Lastly, the desk arrived damaged. It's pressed wood with a veneer top so any sort of hit to the side during transit would cause this. I get that but it's still not the desk I had in my old office.OK, maybe I tried to cheap out a bit because motorized desks are expensive, but I'm not sold yet. I am happy to update this review later after use, but buyer beware so you are not surprised like me. I'm not saying this is a bad product or a good product, I need more time. I'd also like to figure out how to get these two screws back in.0
