Great BookI was very surprised by this book. I had seen the movie based on this book and read reviews about Garrison and Stone, many of which were not favorable. They were both portrayed as bordering on crazy. However, after reading this book, I found that almost everything in Garrison's book has been stated and/or verified in my mind by countless other researchers. In fact, I learned some information here that I had never read or heard before. One such piece of information is that during the autopsy in Bethesda, a fourth bullet was found in the President's body. I have read countless books on the JFK Assassination, and this book about research done in the 1960's, tracks perfectly with modern theories. This just shows that Garrison's investigation was extremely thorough. The book also describes in detail, the efforts of the U.S. Government to halt and discredit Garrison's investigation to include its amateur attempt to prosecute him on bogus charges. Unfortunately, as ridiculous as the charges were, due to their undoubtedly planned timing, they accomplished their purpose - removing Garrison from office. He lost his bid for reelection as DA because he did not have time to properly campaign due to his federal trial. I highly recommend this book to all JFK Assassination researchers. It provides a well researched theory on what happened and meshes very well with many of the other theories on this event.67
