Life. Changing. Equipment.I actually have the ZAAZ 20K--I got it at Costco several months ago when ZAAZ had a road show in town. I'm writing a review here for a few reasons--one, the sales people asked me to post reviews where I could as I put my ZAAZ to use, and two--whether you get the 15K OR the 20K, the ZAAZ equipment is worth every single DIME of the cost.As I got mine at Costco on a road show, I paid about 1700 less than full retail for the 20K model--it was still 2600.00. I had tried other whole body vibration machines ranging in price from 2-500.00 as I ran into them, and hadn't been particularly impressed--but as someone suffering moderate osteoporosis, edema, and intractable pain from fibromyalgia, I will try just about anything I run into.So when I saw the ZAAZ at Costco, I remembered the various medical studies I had read during research for a series of ebooks on weight loss and pain management, and figured I might as well try 1`2 minutes on it.The difference between this machine and the cheaper imitations out there is so stark it is almost beyond description. In twelve minutes I went from being at almost a 5 on my personal pain scale, with back spasms and the beginnings of a nasty headache--to a 2. With NO back spasms. And the headache was gone.I literally called my other half IN MEXICO--where he was on his annual bass fishing vacation with his brother--that's how excited I was. And the pain relief lasted most of that night. When he came home 2 days later, he had already told me to grab the cash and buy it (before the road show's last day)---because after years and years of things that don't work, when we find something that DOES--I get it.That was a little over a month and a half ago. Where am I now?1. I have lost 14 pounds, and a total of 9 inches.2. My cellulite has virtually disappeared--something I didn't even think of.3. I am at a steady 2 on my pain scale, and while I am not sleeping longer, I am waking up more refreshed.4. My range of motion has increased so drastically I can do over half a back bend--and sit indian style--two things I haven't been able to do since Reagan was in office.5.My feet are no longer freezing cold all the time--or numb and tingly, Nor do I get shooting pains in my feet. They even SWEAT now. For someone who used to wear heavy socks to bed even in Arizona summers, this is amazing.6. My skin tone in general has improved.7. I can now wear mild compression socks as opposed to the moderate to heavy ones I have worn for years.I can't begin to tell you just what a difference this machine has made for me--unless you live with 24/7 pain, you really don't know just how very tiring it is to BE in pain 24/7. Anyone who has decent private insurance and pain/fluid retention/bone density loss issues should do everything in their power to find someone in their area that has one of these--some of the higher end gyms and many physical therapists have them--and try it for a month or so. It seems to have a different effect on everyone--my other half can't take the higher vibration levels, and my younger adult son hates it--but my oldest loves it, and we have a couple of employees who use it every time they come by the house LOL.For those who are interested, I am keeping a blog on my weight loss and ZAAZ experience, here: [...]I try to update it weekly, but the last two weeks have been hectic--as my daughter decided to elope with a friend from Sweden who was visiting on a tourist visa. Along with my youngest deciding to start his own business and my oldest son deciding to switch jobs and go back to long haul trucking, I have been just too busy to write--but thanks to my ZAAZ, I have been able to attend my state convention with minimal pain, do far more running around shopping and visiting than I have in years, and nearly stop taking my Tylenol 3. So I can get back to blogging LOL.Thank you, ZAAZ. I'm beginning to get my life back :-).524
