I am sorry but I don't like the narration. That narrator's voice would be great in a drama or mystery. In this book, however, it just makes the information seem inauthentic. The narrator changes her voices to read different characters and the changes can be abrupt, sometimes jarring, for this type of material. I prefer Tara's voice for narration. She narrated Radical Self Acceptance. Also, in a book that is teaching me to accept, even embrace, my frailties, I like to hear some imperfections from the narrator- long pauses, too quick on one syllable, too long on another, a throat clearing, etc. I like the conversational quality of Ms. Brach's narration. This narrator is too perfect. She would be great for a different type of book. For some, probably most people, this might not be an issue. If it is, however, you may want to get this is print. Or, I highly recommend the audio book Radical Self Acceptance, narrated by Tara Brach. I can't read temporarily so I will be going back to the audio recording of Radical Self Acceptance.4
