I had to upgrade my Garmin I used for health reasons after 5 years and this was the best choice I could make. I bought the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic 43mm. It charged very fast out of the box and it is very comfortable to wear. It has a lot of useful features and works great with my Note 20 Ultra. I did not try to use the provided charger I used my dual 15w Samsung charger I use for my phone and my Galaxy Buds Live. I highly recommend this watch. Note: I have a somewhat big wrist and ordered the Medium/Large Hybrid Samsung band and I've added a picture for reference of the size.
