This is a book that provides very important inside to the trauma affecting soldiers and journalists in the war zones (and to a certain extent I would even add the humanitarian aid workers to the list although not covered in this book). Both Finbarr and TJ opened their hearts and souls to us so that we can better understand what these senseless wars are doing not to innocent people but to those taking part in it. They are candid, honest and brave in expressing all the trauma to the outside world. I hope this book will become a must read for media managers, higher chain of command in the armies around the world and those who risk their lives in the war zones. My profound gratitude to these men putting a very important issue on the agenda to help others. In my mind this is a must read also for those who can't imagine the life in the war zones as well. Kudos guys!!!
