I went to Europe for 2 1/2 weeks and this product was the bane of my existence. The two prong European charger is not long enough to sit inside the outlet. There is a red light that tells you when it is connected, but plugging it in it’ll turn on then off. I can only use the usb-c port because if I put a charging block on it, it’ll fall out of the wall. This thing is basically useless you want to fight and jam the charger in the wall/ only charge one thing at a time. Waste of money, do not buy this product.
