Meditations: A New Translation is an acceptable improvement upon an already great book. I highly recommend it to any young adult and anyone trying to make the most out of their life. These lessons are valuable, many people have had to live life to learn them. This is practically a cheat sheet to highlight that. If you do purchase this book make the most out of your read and take notes and visualize how aspects of this book relates to your life - and how you can improve or strengthen aspects of it.
