Just a quick update to my review:
Customer service was slow to respond, but they finally made it right. They sent me a new sensor and battery, and both work perfectly! I am changing my review from 1-star to 5 because I love my Whoop now!

Original review:
The battery pack will not charge the sensor unless I remove the band - see the attached picture showing that the sensor shows that it is charging, but the percentage of charge keeps dropping until the battery dies. I tried contacting customer service, but trying to resolve the issue with them is beyond frustrating. Customer service replied to my emails just once a day at best, and each time it was from a different agent that clearly did not read the history of troubleshooting already done. The only way I can charge the sensor is to remove the band, which is not the way it's supposed to be used (you're supposed to be able to wear it while it's charging), but customer service seems satisfied with that solution. Count me extremely disappointed.
