Update! Five stars! Customer service called and offered to fix the problem I let them know I ordered another and it's working great! I'm a happy camper and yes I do recommend this product customer service is five star also!!!!!
I love these but unfortunately this one arrived and died shortly after a weeks use, I mourned it's death and purchased another and have had no issues.
