I purchased this whoop because of the price with included a twelve month subscription. When I received the initial whoop, the packaging had clearly been opened, the contents were not properly packed, and the device had looked worn. I submitted for an exchange and received another whoop that had previously been opened, but retaped. The contents looked like they had been packaged properly, so I activated the Whoop to find that it did not include a 12 month subscription. I contacted Whoop directly and after providing multiple invoices, proof of purchase screenshots etc. over the course of two days and them still not honoring the 12 month subscription as advertised, I will be returning as this is an expensive membership and not a company practice that I would like to do business with.

update: after 3 days of communication with customer service, Whoop honored the 12 month membership.
