The messages in this book are beautiful and powerful. How wonderful that a star like Jennifer shares her vulnerabilities and life struggles. She inspires women and men to really examine their hearts to decide their own path and truly love themselves. I was delighted that she shared her visit with best-selling author Louise Hay. I was privileged to study with Louise personally years ago and I now train teachers and coaches worldwide to share her life-changing philosophy.
