What it lacks is the the app. It doesn't show much of anything for the first 4 weeks, meaning you have to invest a lot of time before yiu get anything and I mean anything of value. After 10 weeks it IS VERY ANNOYING I STILL CANT SEE MY OXYGEN LEVEL in real time. Why? I have asthma and this is freaking huge for me. Real time respiratory rate heary rate and oxygen level is all I need but sadly the whoop does not deliver. Submitted help tickets... crickets. No one cares definitely not worth the monthly subscription. If the don't add these features it goes in the garbage at the end of my years paid subscription... and I will go with something else.
The band feels very comfortable and you can shower with it on. Baytety life is great!
