Whether you read it in order, or jump around to topics that discuss the things you are feeling / experiencing in your day, it is a great resource. I really appreciated how there were so many different contributors and how well referenced the book was. I bought for my Kindle and felt it had great value for the price and have been enjoying it each day since my purchase.
