I was pleasantly surprised how honest and candid Jennifer Lopez was in this book. She is very open about her discovery of truly loving herself and the journey she took to reach that point. It's a very positive book. No negative bashing of any of her previous relationships. She speaks with love and respect of everyone. She revealed through her book that she is a hardworking, disciplined, loving and kind hearted person. Always on a mission to improve herself. I was genuinely impressed with this book and would highly recommend it!
