  The narrator did a great job with this—and he has a great voice for the task. I have always loved Meditations but admit there are some tedious, redundant parts in the original. This summary is more concise and to the point without the repetitions. I literally listen to this summary every morning with my first cup of coffee. It serves as a useful reminder to just pay attention to the quality and utility
  of my own thoughts and judgements. A nice way to start the day.
