- Reviewed in the United States on January 12, 2025I truly wish this was longer or even a movie. I'd watch it. I love the writing and the concept. I love that guy's and females can be best friends with out being out. The whole book. Great 5 stars.
- Reviewed in the United States on December 28, 2024It was cute but the ending felt cut off and too short. It doesn’t feel like it’s a whole story like it is complete. What was there is good and cute but it fell a little short for me.
- Reviewed in the United States on November 17, 2024With Any Luck, the fifth in The Improbable Meet Cute collection, lacked the depth and charm of its predecessors. The characters felt flat, and the story didn’t hold my interest. If it weren’t a short read, I wouldn’t have finished it. Definitely not a standout in the series.
- Reviewed in the United States on December 21, 2024I enjoyed this book it reminded me of the hangover mixed with just for the summer by Abby Jimenez. This was cute rom-com. I would recommend it as a good read

Definitely cute story.
- Reviewed in the United States on January 14, 2025This would’ve been a 5 star for me if it had included a short epilogue a line or two to confirm that they are still toguether in the future.

4.0 out of 5 stars Audrey küssen und...

3.0 out of 5 stars Didn't like the FMC
I struggled to get into this story and I think it's because I really did not like Audrey. It's also an enemies to lovers, second chance rather than a meet-cute situation.
I loved how there was a role reversal - a female best man and a male maid of honour.
There was lots of banter with Audrey and Theo, but I could not see an attraction between the two at all, not from the part of them we see in this book, she came across as an irresponsible drunk, rather than anything appealing. She spent half her time talking about the bride & groom rather than talking to Theo.
This was my least favourite of this series.

4.0 out of 5 stars Sweet short story
Sweet and easy, a bit crazy, but it is ok. Just go with the flow. Deserves a better rating than books 3 and 4 in this series.

3.0 out of 5 stars With Any Luck
After finishing the Seven Year Slip, I knew I needed more from Ashle Poston, and this novella couldn't have come at a more perfect time. While With Any Luck is book 5 in this multi-author novella series, it was actually the first one I read. However, all six novellas are standalones, so you can read them in any order. While reading With Any Luck, I felt like I was missing information or even part of the book, but besides that, I did actually enjoy the story. However, I feel as if the story might have benefited from being just a bit longer. For someone who's had a few forgotten nights out, I will say this book was quite relatable. Although I've never lost anyone, especially not a groom. I'm interested to see how the other 5 books in this series are.
“Oof, sorry, can’t do, champ. You just friended the wrong girl. This brain? Full of Twilight quotes and omegaverse lore, not math.”

4.0 out of 5 stars Nice
I don't know, I didn't felt that invested in the story. I wish there was more details about Audrey and Theo, and not much about the circumstances around them 🤷🏻♀️
