I'll always buy this protection plan for any type of gaming headset from now on. The way these new headsets are made is definitely on the cheap side. With Asurion, All I had to do was make a phone call, tell them what happened, and they set me up with a return label and my money back to get another headset.

I totally recommend this insurance when you buy an expensive electronic device. One of my Bose quiet comfort earbuds failed but I thanks to this insurance then they refund me the price and I could bought an another earbuds (different brand). Of course you have to send the broken item because they will try to repair first if not you get back the price you paid for (not taxes, just the regular price). Not need to paid anything to send the item. I'm using this service with my new earbuds also.
