My wife's Apple watch was accidentally damaged when it hit a concrete surface. The screen shattered, and it was damaged. I went through the process of filing the claim, and everything seemed to be a good service. We got the watch back, and I was actually impressed with the speedy service. When I opened the box to pull the watch out, I was surprised that they had sent me a highly scratched watch. It looks damaged and heavily scratched, but it turns on. You can tell there was no attempt to repair it; they basically took a beat-up watch and exchanged it for the one I sent with the cracked screen. This is not a repair service; this is a flat-out, disingenuous way to exchange damaged devices for another damaged device, reduce repair costs, and send you a less damaged product. What happened to honest companies that care for their customers and stand behind their brands? I am really disappointed with their service.

Easy to process a claim. Communication from start of claim to completion. I've never had insurance that didn't have exceptions to what was covered. In the end they couldn't fix my watch. Asurion issued me a full refund

I’ve been trying to get them to pay for my washing machine that was appropriately established as beyond repair since December 2023. They’ve told me over the phone several times that they’re going to pay me, but the checks never come.
