My Applecare+ did not automatically update to my MacBook and I did not get anything from Amazon with an agreement number. I've talked to Apple multiple times. They have no record of this AppleCare + purchase so I cannot do anything through Apple and they will only accept an invoice with a serial number on it. The serial number is not on the Amazon invoice.
I talked to "amazon customer service" who could not help me with an agreement number or a refund. I am now waiting for somebody to email me because it is not possible to talk to anybody on the phone regarding the issue.
I will never purchase an AppleCare+ product through Amazon again. The savings is not worth it since their customer service is so abysmal.
Edit: I kept calling Apple with additional questions and finally reached somebody who went above and beyond to help me so the AppleCare+ coverage is now activated for my MacBook. Even though I was able to resolve this, it look a lot of time and many phone calls and I will only purchase directly through Apple in the future.

No refund for Apple+care if you return the device. The window for a refund for Apple+care is 4 weeks but the window to return the device is 6 weeks. Rip off!

Originally I gave this 1 star but I contacted Amazon customer service and they gave me a full refund. No questions and no problem.

Apple Care + is a wonderful purchase when buying Apple products. The service if ever needed is done by Apple employees who knows the products.
You pay for what you get there’s cheaper items on the market but that’s it, they’re cheaply made.

1 month after receiving my MacBook and trying to sync with Apple Care+ (purchased as a bundled deal through Amazon), and I’m still unable to get it registered. I’ve spent nearly 2 hours on the phone with Apple support, and they can’t figure it out either.

The Amazon order tells me to login on my laptop and “download” Apple Care+. When you follow the instructions through Amazon, all that downloads is the Apple Care+ user agreement. Wish I would’ve read these reviews first…terrible experience and likely have to purchase again direct from Apple.

i Bought a Apple mac Air and did not like and a little smaller than i thought and no instructions in book about keys so i am going to get a different brand. I am 70 years old and don't understand all the new stuff.
