The Emerald Tablets of Thoth the Atlantean Audible Audiobook – Unabridged

4.7 4.7 out of 5 stars 1,569 ratings

The history of the Emerald Tablets is strange and beyond the belief of modern scientists. Their antiquity is stupendous, dating back some 36,000 years B.C. The author is Thoth, an Atlantean Priest-King who founded a colony in ancient Egypt, wrote the Emerald Tablets in his native Atlantean language which was translated by Dr. Michael Doreal.

This edition of the Emerald Tablets is unique in that it includes both the translation and interpretation by Dr. Doreal. Because of the tablet's reference to the Egypt and sacred geometry they became a priority reference for those studying the Flower of Life and the Merkaba meditation.

Worst book I've bought so far. Never seen so many typos in my life. Text also looks ugly and difficult to read. Bonus: cover was not at all what was depicted. Id return it but I'm not going through all that for a 6 dollar book. Let's see if snowflake ai lets me keep this review. Smh.

I stumbled upon this on purpose and devoured it. Most of it was familiar to me already, but much is new, too.

Overlook the textual errors, which are many. Forgive the few conceptual errors.

I have never heard the "mysteries of the kingdom" expressed so straightforwardly in any other text before. It's encouraging to know this is allowed to be shared in such a public space. It's shocking that it has been around for so long and yet is so esoteric. I had never heard of it.

It's gnositc, hermetic, manicean, alchemical, kabbalistic, rosicrucian, mormon; it's all of it.

So grateful to have found this.

Over the years I searched for information about Atlantis and Thoth depicted as an Atlantean in this book was something outside my understanding of both Egypt and Atlantis. Speaking of which and without the spoilers, Thoth passes on knowledge about life that tends to appear as extraordinary. The writing is likely to rouse mixed thoughts and sensations, unless you are in on the details already then its quite clear. If you may, it reads like a speech with stories, metaphors as well as Thoth's own ideas. He seems to be delivering his message in a good-intentioned manner.

Thoth as well as being revered in Egyptian polytheism and mythology he is also revered to a point in the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn, the one that the Satanist Alister Crowley was part of. It tends to fly in the face when in this writing Thoth proclaims, in a nutshell, that he is one of the good guys and that the baddies ripped off his ideas. I do not know what you may or may not heard of the Golden Dawn, as far as I know: ah-ah not good. Thoth has also been associated as a trickster even though he has been attributed as the source of the sciences, so maybe something is cooking.

Having said that its a joy to read it and I appreciate how it can be re-read and something new can come to surface adding to the reading experience. Of course one reading it may need to draw the line in the sand with some of the suggestions found in this book. Either way how one reads this book and what accepts within it is up to the person reading it.

I rated this book 5/5 purely on the reading experience. I added some critique to it since it might do some good to know some of the background to Thoth even though its tricky to do so without spoilers or referring potential readers back and forth to other sources.

    Take care

Powerful read. It feels like you're finally discovering the truth. I've been studying ancient theology and texts lately, and this brings another piece of the puzzle perfectly into place. Those trying to find the truth of the UFO phenomenon, reality, and the self should definitely read.

All it contains is the translations from Doreal and the explanations how to understand the translations, I have the Temple of Man books so I can check the hieroglyphs but I wish the emerald tablets were included in original form in the book, and not only the translations with the interpretations, yet it is true, this is all that is needed for the beginning of a life changing transformation you will go trough with this knowledge. I highly recommend The Book of Knowledge: The Keys to Enoch if you are into this kind of reading especially if you have all of Drunvalo's books which are phenomenally important for a fast ascension process, after all, always remember: There is no knowledge that is no power my fellow Earthlings.
The 15 tablets with the last 2 being supplementary, are a must in your enlightening evolution. In the fourth tablet (the space born) it is said ~highlighted~ after 'And rising through his harmony with Law, he can ascend to the cosmic plane': 'In freeing the consciousness from the body, it is best to expand the solar plexus (the Flower of Life of the body) and send the life force flooding through it so that the body is vitalized in preparation for the consciousness to leave, otherwise the consciousness is reluctant to leave it. Then...' so the The Ancient Secret of the Flower of Life: Volume 2 is essential reading material but do start with volume 1, even if you have found the pdf of 1, do especially buy the important volume 2 in paperback because one day, soon, I believe, you won't be able to read it on the computer screen anymore for quite some time... let's hope not, but you never know till it's too late, won't you?
Prepare and Enlighten yourself Now, that's right, this time is ripe to do what you know deep inside that must be done in order to achieve true wisdom, happiness & love, don't you think so...?

Not the actual emerald tablet… the book came as titled. I misunderstood the fact that this was not the actual Emerald Tablet. Google the author and you’ll understand what I mean.

I love this work but I write this review for quality issues with my product.
In the introduction I have found a dozen+ spelling mistakes and some more in the first chapter. Who knows how many more spelling mistakes there are in the whole text? I had no spelling mistakes in my previous edition?
I will be sending this back and buying it again. Hopefully, I will receive a copy without spelling mistakes the next time.
I hope this issue will be adressed because spelling and grammatical errors, especially in a work that has been republished, detracts from the reader's experience and the perceived credibility of the text. Given the mystical and esoteric nature of this book, any errors in the presentation diminishes the serious tone and the importance of the content for readers who value it deeply.
Apart from these complaints, the cover is beautiful and the text is absolutely amazing folks. Don't hesitate to buy this.
