Miracles At Work was a miracle for me at a time in my career when I felt very shaky, lost, exhausted and thinking "there's got to be more to work....to life....than this. If I'm an extension of God's creative force and magnitude why do I feel completely void of any creativity and grasping in the dark for an ounce of Magnitude." Emily is a gifted writer and coach as she walks her talk. With Miracles At Work she gently takes you by the hand and reminds you that you have never been alone, that the core of your being has never left you, loves you infinitely, is powerful beyond your human understanding but needs you to say the words "I'm willing to see the love in this... person, conversation, moment...." I love this book and refer to often, sometimes daily. It brings me peace and fills my heart. I know it will do the same for you, just open your mind and heart and be willing.

For anyone who wants a deeper connection at work, anyone who wants a deeper meaning at work and anyone who simply wants to bring more of their full authentic self at work, this book is for you. All it requires is that you suspend belief that you must be perfect and that you must do it alone. For me, this book is both an easy read and a challenging read... easy, in that I wanted to inhale the concepts as quickly as possible. Challenging, in that I wanted to read slowly so that I could think through each idea and sentence to absorb how its application could impact my life and others. This book isn't for everyone, yet it is. It's for those who are truly ready for the message that you have capacity within you for miracles.

    Buy this book.

Initially, I borrowed this from the library, but within 20 minutes I knew I had to own it.

This book is for you if you want to change your work experience, if you want inner peace more than anything else, if you want your work relationships to change, if you want step away from the drama.

Emily puts Course ideas into daily practice. The scenarios she shares are the ones you are experiencing with colleagues. These stories help you identify your role in the situation and what you can do to elevate yourself in these experiences.

It is a win, win. Your book will be underlined with the wisdom gems and reminders that will help recenter you when needed.

It will help you become your best self at work.

You know those incredible moments in life when suddenly a whole bunch of fuzzy dots connect? You are left staring in pure awe and yet you can't believe you didn't see the big picture before. This book is going to do that to you again and again. And in the best way possible because you also will get the benefits of practical tools that Emily weaves brilliantly throughout the book. As someone who has worked in the career development field for 15 years, I am thrilled a useful and enlightening book like this is finally here. Bottomline: Take your time with this gem and do each activity/exercise suggested. Your professional path is about to get a powerful beam of light like no other.

In Miracles at Work, Emily Bennington has provided an outstanding guide to using spiritual intelligence at work. If you're thinking this is a book about thinking positive thoughts and then getting what you want, you would be wrong. Instead, this book takes a deep dive into understanding the many ways our ego blocks our natural inheritance of God's Love. The result of our ego's efforts is more stress, more strife, and poor relationships at work and home. The framework Bennington uses is A Course in Miracles. The book also serves as one of the better introductions to A Course in Miracles, clearly conveying its teachings without sugarcoating its radical message.

Bravo Emily! I didn't want this book to end. For anyone looking for a more meaningful way to live, lead and work, I highly recommend Miracles at Work. It so beautifully introduces the concept of spiritual intelligence as the secret weapon to fulfillment and leadership within the workplace. It asks you to turn within to your core foundation to find your power. Not through grasping for status, praise, and validation all driven by ego. I've already seen a shift in my own growth as result of some of these ideas Emily offers. A must read for anyone looking to connect more deeply with their spirituality and bring it into their work.

One of the hardest things to remember or me is that spirituality is not just something I do in my cozy meditation space in the morning before I take on the day but it is with me in all things I do. Even though I know this the workplace is still the last frontier and I need all of the encouragement I can get. This book is that extra lil shove I need to be a spiritual warrior even around my coworkers.

Emily Bennington has pioneered the application of mindfulness at work, and during a time when our lives and jobs (and the integration of the two) are more complex than ever, her advice is invaluable. What I loved most about the book is that it prompts the reader toward greater self-awareness, which inevitably leads to better results in both personal and professional pursuits. Bennington's approach resonates whether you are just starting out or seeking to reinvent yourself in a new career stage. Highly recommended.

5.0 out of 5 stars Ein Kurs in Wundern im Büro
Reviewed in Germany on March 11, 2017
