A Deeper, Darker Truth: Tom Wilson's Journey into the Assassination of John F. Kennedy Kindle Edition
For more than a decade, Tom Wilson applied his computer image processing system to countless images of the Kennedy assassination. He stripped away layers of information to reveal truths that had never before been known. Some of his findings include:
o Shooters behind the picket fence on the grassy knoll.
o Alteration of the Zapruder film.
o Fakery of the Oswald backyard photographs.
o An individual in the “sniper’s window” of the Texas School Book Depository
who was not Lee Harvey Oswald.
o An exit wound in the back of President Kennedy’s head (just as the doctors who
attended the President at Parkland Hospital had described.)
o Exact location of the final and fatal head shot.
o Alteration of autopsy x-rays and photographs contained in the National Archives.
Reading like a mesmerizing whodunit murder mystery, A Deeper, Darker Truth chronicles Tom Wilson’s evolving series of startling discoveries that show President Kennedy was assassinated by a group of assassins on November 22, 1963.

- Reviewed in the United States on January 6, 2010I had read my first book on the Kennedy assassination many years ago. The book was titled, Best Evidence", by Lipton. I was amazed at how Mr Lipton touched on the best evidence as the real true evidence, which was JFK's body. I thought he hit it right on with his analysis. Now, I read this book and I again was very impressed by how the real evidence revealed the truth of a cover up. The author was able to present all of the evidence for you to see what I had always believed was a cover up of a conspiracy. If you are like me and believe of a conspiracy and how the government helped with the cover up of the assassination, then you must read this book and see what evidence points to the truth. I couldn't put the book down. It kept my attention during the first to last chapter.
- Reviewed in the United States on April 11, 2014very well written, and the author has a lot of great pics and has a lot of great theories, one of the best books about jfk I have read, and I have read a lot of them..

- Reviewed in the United States on May 7, 2018Tom Wilson's application of his technology to see inside "layers" of photography is stunning in what it reveals. It is documented, repeatable and works on any photograph or material. (such as steel plate which the technology was developed for).
- Reviewed in the United States on March 6, 2014This is a very special investigation into the death of JFK. While I am not competent to comment on the technical details, the author presents a very strong case for those who know details of the JFK cover-up. A must read book for anyone that wants to know more than what major media wants you to know.
- Reviewed in the United States on October 2, 2013I had visited Dallas recently to study the angle of the last head shot and the possibility of it coming from the grassy knoll. As much as I hoped that there would be some place that would work I couldn't find one.
The place that came up as the answer was closer to the street and in front.
The sewer hole was too low.
Now based upon this researcher placing the fatal shot 7 feet further then it aligns with the sewer opening location from what I could visually see.
The horrifying part that comes from reading this book is that for all of this to have occurred and yet ignored by government investigators indicates that powerful forces were in control and must have been involved in the whole assassination plan.
News agencies were offered the scoop of a lifetime based upon new technology yet refused to look at it??????
There was and is indeed a very influential
force that is doing everything to keep the truth from being known even decades later
I sincerely hope that time will eventually win out (hopefully in my lifetime) and that the whole truth will come out.
- Reviewed in the United States on May 15, 2016Wilson's work explodes the cover up of JFK's actual head wounds, in both the Dealey Plaza & autopsy photographs. One of the "must read" fact-filled books about Jack Kennedy's murder.
- Reviewed in the United States on February 7, 2011While I am a fan of JFK conspiracy books, I found this one just too over the top to be taken seriously. This new photo scan technology isn't really explained in any detail. That more than one gunman killed JFK is very possible, but the level of government conspiracy required to believe this book (like the Warren commission doctoring up the Zepruder film) goes too far. Rather than present "new" evidence, this story attempts to discredit all the photographs. The guys misses the point: the films and photos we have already discredit the Warren Commission just as they are.
I wouldn't waste your time on this one

5.0 out of 5 stars Brilliant book.
This book should be read by everyone interested in the assassination of President Kennedy. It is about the work of Tom Wilson and his role in looking at an awful lot of photographic evidence (including also the Zapruder film) relating to the assassination itself, and the autopsy and also the alleged x-ray evidence from the autopsy. His re-examination has uncovered massess of false and faked evidence that points overwhelmingly to support the argument that there was indeed a conspiracy to kill President Kennedy. His work is outstanding and supports previous work of Doctor David Mantik and others who have also challenged the alleged evidence.
He was eventually allowed to make a two hour presentation of his evidence (including a forty minute video) to the Assassination Records Review Board on, coincidentally, September 11th 1998. The Board never met again and no comment was made by this committee or any single member. In this year of the 50 year anniversary of the assassination his work should be highlighted. David Philips has done a great job in uncovering this work and deserves every credit. The book is one of the very best (if not the best) I have read about the assination.
My only cautionary note is that I have read it on the kindle and I think it would be better read in the paperback version due to the large amounts of photogarphic and x-ray evidence. The kindle also 'cuts' the quotes from other sources by presenting them off centred.

5.0 out of 5 stars Scientific proof of tampering evidence
If there is one book to read to convince yourself the US government is indeed behind the JFK assassination, read just this one book.
The level of evidence tampering is so incredible it could only have been done at the highest level. Although this book is not about the why, it gives you very clear evidence about how they managed to conceal the best evidence there was that it was a well organised crime planned by some very powerful forces inside the US gov. It is not surprising we still consider Oswald to be the only guilty person given that today’s US gov is very likely a continuation of the Coup d’Etat that occurred in 1963…

5.0 out of 5 stars it all rest on the technology
If the technology that was invented and used by the Mr Wilson is legit, then the truth about the JFK assassination was discovered using scientific methods decades ago!!! It was a conspiracy of the highest magnitude. Mr Wilson's conclusions are mind blowing from the amount of shots fired, to where those shots were fired from! To the amount of doctored evidence in circulation today including photograph’s and film.
After reading the book I would venture to say that the warren commission’s report was very unlucky not to have won the 1964 Pulitzer Prize for fiction….

5.0 out of 5 stars A brilliant book by Donald Phillips
A brilliant book by Donald Phillips. Extremely well written and full of new information. It should be read by everybody interested in the JFK assassination. If Tom Wilson's work is, as I believe, valid, then he has proven that there was a conspiracy. Full stop.
I bought this book on Kindle and now realise I should have bought it in printed form. I have read and re read it several times.
