This Box Set is great to have, as you have 12 books in three volumes. This is a must have if you want to take a deep dive in some of J.R.R. Tolkien's early material on Middle-Earth. The pages are thin, but the quality is alright. You take a hit or two for condensing so much material into 3 volumes.This set is heavy. My box set took heavy corner damage., So much damage, that it bend the corner of Volume III. I'm fine with it set even though it’s damaged, but I’m not happy with Amazon’s lazy shipping.

This set is heavy. My box set took heavy corner damage., So much damage, that it bend the corner of Volume III. I'm fine with it set even though it’s damaged, but I’m not happy with Amazon’s lazy shipping.

Respecto a la edición, es hermosa en cuanto a detalles, de pasta dura con una caja de colección, cubrepolvos y papel tipo Biblia. El único detalle para los coleccionistas más quisquilloso es que la edición es la del 2003, no la más reciente que da a entender en la descripción. La única diferencia entre ambas ediciones es el encuadernado, más duro en la nueva, pero el contenido es el mismo. Sigue siendo una gran edición para quien quiere la obra con buenos acabados, pero menciono ese detalle para quien quiera específicamente la otra edición.
Por último, llegó muy rápido, perfectamente empacada y en excelentes condiciones. Recomiendo ampliamente esta compra.
